Terms of Service

The deal, in short: Kkachi Fortune is entertainment, be decent with other people's birthdays, and a purchase is final once your reading is written. The long version follows.
1.The agreement
These terms are between you and Sibiwol(DEC), a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea, which runs Kkachi Fortune. By creating or joining a circle, checking someone privately, signing in, or buying a reading, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2.Who can use it
You must be 14 or older. If you're creating a circle for a group, every person who joins confirms that for themselves.
3.What the service is
Kkachi Fortune takes birthdays, calculates a traditional Korean Saju chart for each person, and maps how the people in your circle relate. Paid readings are written by an AI model from those charts, following our prompts and rules. They are generated on the spot, and no person reviews them before you see them.
All of it is cultural entertainment. It doesn't predict the future, and it is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or relationship advice. Please don't make decisions about people based on it.
4.Your content and other people's data
Use a display name you have the right to use. Offensive names may be removed without notice.
When you enter another person's name and birthday for a private check, you're responsible for having a legitimate reason to — a friend, a partner, your child — and for keeping the result to yourself. Don't enter data about someone to harass, expose, or embarrass them.
Don't scrape the service, create circles or entries automatically, or work around the limits that protect other people's birthdays. The birthday confirmation exists so you can remove yourself from a circle, not so you can guess someone else's birthday.
5.Accounts
An account is optional and only needed to buy readings or to check someone privately. You sign in with Google or with a link we email you, so keep your email inbox secure. You can delete your account anytime from the Account tab. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.
6.Purchases
Deep Dive readings cost $2.99 each as a one-time purchase. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record: it charges your card, handles sales tax, and sends your receipt, so the payment itself is a contract with Lemon Squeezy. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay; prices may change for future purchases.
Each reading covers one person, or one pair through one lens. A different lens is a separate purchase. Purchased readings stay in your account even if the circle or entry they came from is later deleted.
7.Refunds
Readings are digital content delivered instantly. If a reading fails to generate, we refund in full. Once a reading has been written, the purchase is complete and not refundable — you saw the free preview before buying. If something is genuinely wrong (the reading won't open, a duplicate charge, the wrong person), email contact@kkachifortune.com within 14 days and we'll make it right. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy and show on your statement under its name.
8.Links and access
A circle belongs to whoever holds its owner key, which lives in the browser that created it — unless you sign in and claim the circle to your account. Clearing browser data without claiming can permanently disconnect you from your circle, so save your link, or sign in.
Anyone with a circle's link can view it. Share it with the people you'd want to see it.
9.Ownership
Kkachi Fortune's name, the kkachi (magpie) artwork, the type names, and the design of the service are ours. Your reading is yours to keep, screenshot, share, and post for personal use — except a private check, which stays with you, as section 4 says. Please don't resell a reading or present it as another service's work. The Saju tradition itself belongs to no one.
10.No guarantees
The service is provided as is. We don't promise that it will always be available, or that a chart or reading is accurate or complete. Saju charts follow one accepted method of calculation; conventions for birth time and place vary, so a chart from another source may differ.
11.Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for anything arising from the service is limited to what you paid us in the past twelve months, or US$10 if you paid nothing. Some places don't allow these limits; there, they apply as far as they can.
12.Ending things
You can stop using Kkachi Fortune at any time, delete your circles, and delete your account. We may suspend or remove circles, entries, or accounts that break these terms, and we may retire the service with reasonable notice — purchased readings would remain available for a reasonable time after.
13.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute can't be settled by email, the courts of the Republic of Korea have jurisdiction — though nothing here takes away protections you're entitled to as a consumer where you live.
14.Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and, where we have your email, tell you. Continuing to use Kkachi Fortuneafter a change means the new version applies.
15.Odds and ends
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about Kkachi Fortune. If we don't enforce something right away, we haven't waived it. You can't transfer your account or purchases to someone else; if the service ever changes hands, this agreement may move with it, and we'd tell you.
